摘要(Abstract):
为了解决大庆油田杏北三类油藏渗透率低、连通性差、化学剂注入困难、驱油效果差等问题,进行了化学驱油剂筛选及基本性能评价。利用恒定注入压力法,开展了驱油剂三类油藏适应性研究,在此基础上完成了目标区块储层物性参数抽提、仿真模型加工、化学驱物理模拟及作用机制分析。结果表明:驱油剂增黏能力从大到小依次为聚表剂,抗盐聚合物,无碱二元体系,普通聚合物,弱碱三元体系,强碱三元体系;与其他驱油剂相比较,三元体系黏度较低(2.3~13.2 mPa·s),聚合物分子聚集体粒径较小(92.4~145.2 nm),滞留“增阻降渗”效应较弱,渗透率极限较小,与三类储层适应性较强,聚合物质量浓度为400 mg/L的弱碱三元体系能够进入到渗透率为100×10~(-3)μm~2的岩心内;弱碱三元复合驱可以大幅度提高注入压力并增大吸液压差,进而增加储层低渗透部位或区域吸液量和分流率,采收率增幅可达16.95百分点。研究成果可以为杏北目标区块化学驱提供理论指导。
In order to solve the problems of low permeability, poor connectivity, difficult injection of chemical agents and poor displacement effect in Class Ⅲ reservoirs of Xingbei area in Daqing Oilfield, chemical flooding agents are selected and basic performance is evaluated. The adaptability of displacement agents for Class Ⅲ reservoirs is studied by using the constant injection pressure method. On this basis, the extraction of reservoir property parameters in target block, the processing of simulation models, physical simulation of chemical flooding and mechanism analysis are completed. The results show that the viscosity increasing capability of displacement agents is orderly polymer surfactant> salt-resistant polymer >alkali-free polymer/surfactant system>ordinary polymer> weak alkali ASP system>strong alkali ASP system. Compared with other displacement agents, ASP system has lower viscosity(2.3-13.2 mPa·s), smaller polymer molecular aggregate particle size(92.4-145.2 nm), weaker retention “resistance increase and permeability reduction” effect, smaller permeability limit and better adaptability to Class Ⅲ reservoirs. The weak alkali ASP system with polymer concentration of 400 mg/L can penetrate into cores with permeability of 100 × 10~(-3) μm~2. Weak alkali ASP flooding can significantly increase the injection pressure and imbibition liquid pressure difference, thereby increasing the imbibition liquid and diversion efficiency in low-permeability part or zones of the reservoir, with oil recovery increased by 16.95 percentage points. The research provides theoretical guidance for chemical flooding in Xingbei target block.
