摘要(Abstract):
防蜡降粘增油装置是集磁学、流体力学为一体的防蜡降粘、提高泵效、提高产量的新型井下技术产品。从该装置基本原理入手,揭示防蜡降粘增油装置防蜡降粘机理、功能和适用性。通过现场应用,结合作业前、后生产动态数据、功图、载荷等实测资料以及工作电流曲线进行了机采形势分析,并作了整体经济效益评价,得出萨北油田试验防蜡降粘增油装置两口井,生产状况稳定,延长了抽油机井热洗周期,达到了较好的防蜡效果。通过生产成本综合评价认为,防蜡降粘增油装置是理想的防蜡产品,为萨北开发区特高含水阶段油井采用更合理、更经济的防蜡措施提供了科学参考依据。
The paraffin control and viscosity break stimulation device is a new type of downhole technical product, which can increase the pump efficiency and production based on the theories of magnetics and fluid mechanics. Beginning with the fundamental principles of the device, this paper reveals the paraffin control and viscosity break mechanisms, function and adaptability of the device. According to field application, the artificial lift situation is analyzed based on the production performance data, loading and other actual data before and after the operation. Moreover, the whole economic benefit is evaluated. It is concluded that 2 wells equipped with paraffin control and viscosity break device in No. 3 Oil Production Company have stable production, and the heat flushing cycle is extended with significant paraffin control result. According to the comprehensive evaluation of cost price, it is believed that this device is a kind of ideal paraffin control product. This can be used more reasonably and more economically for paraffin control in Sabei development area at ultra high water cut stage.
