水力振动法处理油层技术的研究与应用

摘要(Abstract):

针对油层近井底地带堵塞、严重影响油井产量的问题,研发了水力振动法处理油层技术。依靠振动对油井近井底地带进行处理,解除油层孔道堵塞,改善油层近井底地带的渗流状况,实现油井增产。由于利用振动波场的作用能经济有效地利用能量,并具有不伤害油层、不污染环境、效率高、实施简便、费用低廉、适应性强等优点,矿场应用倍受青睐。
The hydraulic vibration oil layer treatment method is researched, because the bridging near hole bot-orn in the oil layers seriously affects the oil production. The near hole bottom part is treated with vibration in producers to unplug the bridging in the porous channel of oil reservoirs, improve the seepage conditions and increase the oil production of producers. With the application of vibration, the energy can be used effectively and economically due to the effect of vibration wave field. Furthermore, this method is also featured by without damage to oil layers, without pollution to environment, high efficiency, expedient implementation, low cost and high adaptability. There is great potential for field application of this technique.
