化学固砂压裂配方改进FORMULA IMPROVEMENT OF CHEMICAL SAND-CONSOLIDATING FRACTURING

摘要(Abstract):
大庆油田进入高含水后期开采,储层长期被高速流冲刷,砂岩骨架结构遭到破坏,不仅亏空,造成套损井逐年增多,而且油层温度普遍降低。解决在低温、中低矿化度含水条件下储层砂的固结,充分发挥其支撑作用,增加储层渗流能力,提高油水井增产增注效果,从根本上防止出砂问题相当重要。目前,国内化学防砂一般采用树脂类,如酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、环氧树脂和改性呋喃树脂等改性物,在压裂防砂方面起到了一定作用,但需要固化的时间较长,影响作业时效和防砂井产量。为此通过大量室内实验、对比、评价,改进了化学固砂液配方,不仅缩短了固化时间,提高了施工效率,同时尝试扩大了该技术应用范围,现场试验取得了较好的增产增注效果。
Since Daqing Oilfield enters the development period of high water cut,high-speed and long-term being flushed for the reservoirs has not only resulted in the damage of sandstone skeleton structure,the serious voidage and increasing damaged casing wells year after year,but also caused the gradual reduction of the reservoir temperature.How to solve the problems of the sand consolidation and control completely under the conditions of low temperature and medium-low salinity is very important for the sand support fully putting into action,the increase of reservoir flow capacity and enhancement of the stimulations of oil and water wells.At present,the resin chemicals are generally adopted in the chemical sand control at home,such as the following modifiers;phenolaldehyde,urea formaldehyde,epoxyf,furane resins and so on.Although the above modifiers have played a certain roles in the sand control of the fracturing,the needed consolidation time is rather long,so the operation effectiveness for a given period of time and the production of the controlled wells are influenced.With the help of a great number of indoor experiments,contrasts and evaluations,the formula of the chemical sand-consolidating agent is improved,so the con-solidation time is shortened,the operation efficiency is increased,but also the applied scope of the technique is attempted to enlarge,much better stimulation effects are achieved for all the field tests.
