电解质对聚合物溶液渗流特性影响及作用机理研究

摘要(Abstract):

大庆油田聚合物驱工业化推广应用已进入第十年,剩余主力油层愈来愈少,薄差油层必将成为聚合物驱油技术的主要应用对象。现有聚合物产品是针对主力油层设计和生产的,其相对分子质量高、分子线团尺寸大,在常规配制工艺条件下难以与薄差油层孔隙尺寸相匹配。针对薄差油层聚合物驱存在的问题,笔者通过改变溶剂水中电解质类型和浓度,测量了聚合物溶液的流动性质和聚合物分子线团尺寸,研究了聚合物分子线团尺寸变化及其对渗流特性的影响。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,溶剂水中电解质浓度愈高,聚合物分子链收缩卷曲程度愈严重,分子线团尺寸愈小,能够进入的岩石渗透率愈低。当采用较低电解质浓度水进行后续水驱时,一方面,岩心内电解质浓度降低会使聚合物分子线团发生膨胀,流动阻力增大。另一方面,岩心内部分滞留聚合物会随注入水采出,流动阻力减少。由此可见,在后续水驱阶段,注入压力大小主要取决于聚合物分子线团膨胀幅度和滞留聚合物采出量。采用较低矿化度水进行后续水驱可以维持较高注入压力,进而获得更好的波及效果。
In the process of industrialization of polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield,on one hand,there is insufficient supply of fresh water, on the other hand,produced water cannot be re-injected in the same amount,therefore using produced water to prepare polymer solution is a necessary selection.Aiming at problems existing in produced water prepared polymer flooding,through changing types and concentrations of electrolytes in solvent-water,flow property of polymer solution in core and clew dimensions of polymer molecule are measured,and effect of clew dimensions change of polymer molecule on seepage characteristics is studied.Research results show that: for solvent with a high concentration of electrolytes,molecule chains of polymer coil,clew dimensions are small,and flow resistance in porous media is also small.When using water of low concentration of electrolytes to carry out succeeding water flooding,on one hand,decrease of concentration of electrolyte results in swelling of clews of polymer molecule,flow resistance in porous media increases;on the other hand,part of retained polymer is displaced out from core,makes flow resistance force.Thus it can be seen that during succeeding water flooding,injection pressure of core is mainly determined by swelling extent of clew of polymer molecule and the produced amount of polymer,this has important significance for improving the effect of polymer flooding.
