微生物对黑帝庙稠油的降解作用Microbial degradation of Heidimiao heavy oil

摘要(Abstract):
从大庆黑帝庙区块的稠油油藏中分离出本源微生物, 通过培养、驯化, 选育出能够有效降解稠油中重组分的一组混合菌, 对黑帝庙稠油进行了微生物降解实验, 分析了微生物降解对稠油粘度、凝固点、族组成、烃分布、饱和烃及非烃组分的影响。实验结果表明, 经微生物降解后, 稠油粘度和凝固点分别降低了36%和7 5℃; 族组成与烃分布发生了明显变化, 轻组分增加, 重组分减少; 饱和烃及非烃成分的结构也发生了一定的变化。
A group of microbial conenoses are separated from Heidimiao heavy oil reservoirs in Daqing oilfield.After being cultured and acclimatized,the chosen microbes can effectively degrade the heavy components of crude oil. Microbial degradation experiment is conducted for this kind of crude oil,the influences of degradation upon heavy oil viscosity,setting point,the composition of the group,hydrocarbon distribution,saturated hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon composition are analyzed. The results show that after degradation,viscosity and setting point of crude oil are reduced by 36% and 7.5℃respectively;Both group composition and hydrocarbon distribution changed a great deal:lighter composition increases and heavier one decreases;structure of saturated hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon composition also have a certain change.
