调参井经济技术界限研究与现场应用

摘要(Abstract):

通过对萨北开发区近几年调参井生产数据统计分析,找出了措施井增油量与含水及沉没度的关系,并通过井网划分找出了不同井网条件下各项指标的变化规律,对降低吨油成本和控制油井含水等因素进行综合经济评价,结合油田开发现状和发展目标,初步给出了调参井不同井网条件下的经济含水界限。依据油井生产实际情况制定了调参优化原则,为保证调参效果和参数的合理性建立了产量预测模型。油井上调参数后,各项生产、技术指标都有了较大的提高,见到了较好的增油效果,为目前萨北开发区特高含水阶段油井更合理、更经济的措施挖潜提供了科学依据。
According to the statistical analysis of recent production data from the parameter modification wells in North Saertu development area, relationship among oil incremental production, water cut and submergence depth for measurement wells has been found. Through the division of well pattern, variation rules of indexes in different well patterns is distinguished, and integrated economic evaluation about oil cost decline and water cut of oil wells control is performed. In combination with the current development situation and further target, economic boundary of water cut in various well patterns has been primarily presented. Relying on the actual oil production condition, optimized principle of parameter modification has been formulated, oil production prediction models are established to guarantee the effect of parameter modification and its rationality. After the parameter modification for oil wells, production indexes and technology indexes have increased and favorable incremental effect has displayed, presenting the science foundation for more economic and proper tapping measurements for oil wells in North Saertu development area in ultra-high water cut stage.
