压裂水平井一体化耦合数值模拟方法INTEGRATED COUPLING METHOD OF THE NUMERICAL SIMULATION FOR FRACTURED HORIZONTAL WELLS

摘要(Abstract):
随着特低渗透油藏的开发,压裂水平井得到了广泛的应用,并取得了良好的经济效益。但到目前为止,对于人工压裂裂缝、压裂过程中产生的诱导微裂缝尚缺乏有效的手段对其进行模拟,因此也难以准确预测压裂水平井的生产动态。分别从油藏基质、人工压裂裂缝、诱导微裂缝与水平井筒等四个维度的流动模型出发,以各个维度的接触面为链接节点,提出了油藏基质、人工压裂裂缝、诱导微裂缝与水平井筒的相互匹配方法,构建雅克比矩阵,并利用全隐式方法进行求解,实现了对压裂水平井的一体化耦合模拟。实例计算表明:压裂水平井的一体化耦合数值模拟模型能够充分体现油藏基质、人工压裂裂缝、诱导微裂缝与水平井筒多尺度的流动特点,可以更加有效地应用于压裂水平井的动态模拟。
With the development of the low-permeability oil reservoir,the fractured horizontal well has been widely applied,and moreover much better economic benefits have been achieved. However,up to now,the artificial fractures by the fracturing and derived micro-fractures in the process of the fracturing are not simulated because of the lack of the effective methods,therefore the performances of the horizontal wells are difficult to predict correctly.From the viewpoints of the 4D flow model including the matrix of the oil reservoir,artificial fractures,micro-fractures and horizontal wellhole,taking the contact profiles of each dimension as the linked points,the mutual matching methods among the above four dimensions were presented,Jacobian matrix was established and solved by full implicit method,thus the integrated wellbore-fracture-reservoir coupling simulation was realized for the fractured horizontal well. the calculated examples showed that the simulating model can fully reflect the flow characteristics of the reservoir matrix,artificial fractures,micro-fractures and horizontal wellhole,and furthermore can be more effectively applied in the dynamic simulation of the fractured horizontal well.
