摘要(Abstract):
近年来,波场强化采油技术越来越受到国内外石油工程技术人员的重视。波在周期性的传播过程中,产生的机械能使油相和水相发生周期性运动,油水间的界面张力减小,而且运动产生的压力梯度会破坏流体通过狭窄孔喉时存在的阻力膜,使油水的相对渗透率提高,流速加快,从而有效地提高开采效果。本文初步建立了二元叠合波在多孔介质中平面径向流渗流时的地层参数和振动作业参数之间相互耦合的数学模型,并借助数学模拟方法考察了各项参数与振动作业效果之间的相互关系,研究了振动作业前后地层渗流规律的压力分布曲线。理论与实验结果从不同角度较好地反映了叠合波场强化采油的主要机理与规律。
In recent years,more and more domestic and foreign petroleum engineers and technicians pay attention to field EOR technique.During periodic spreading process of wave,mechanical energy can cause periodic movement of oil phase and water phase so as to reduce interfacial tension between oil and water,and pressure gradient generated by movement can not only destroy resistance membrane when fluid flow narrow pore throat but also enhance oil/water's relative permeability and flow rate,thereby development effect is effectively improve.In this paper,intercoupling mathematical model between formation parameters and vibration parameters when dual superposed wave in porous medium radial flow filtrates is established,and effect relationships of various parameters and vibration job are studied by mathematical simulation method,thereby pressure distribution curve of filtrating rules before and after vibration job is studied.Theoretical and test results reflect main fundamental theory and rules of superposed wave EOR from different aspects.
