大庆油田二次上返区块封堵失效井的识别与治理

摘要(Abstract):

A区块是大庆油田首批上返区块,封堵萨Ⅱ10—萨Ⅲ10层系,二次上返开发萨Ⅱ1-9层系,由于存在封堵失效,开发效果不如首次上返。针对A区块上返后封堵层失效影响开发效果的问题,围绕注入能力、产液能力、采聚质量浓度、见效程度4个方面开展研究。通过研究针对性构建视吸入指数变化幅度、产液指数变化幅度、含水变化幅度、采聚质量浓度变化幅度等封堵失效评价参数,明确了不同封堵失效类型的响应特征;结合采油井见效情况,建立封堵层失效识别图版,应用于A区块317口井,识别准确率达到90.8%。研究成果可有效指导上返区块封堵失效井识别,最大程度减少两驱干扰,保障了聚驱开发效果。
Block A is one of the first upward development blocks in Daqing Oilfield, with plugging SⅡ_(10)-SⅢ_(10) strata series and secondary upward developing SⅡ_(1-9) strata series. Due to the existence of plugging failure, development effect is not as good as the first upward. Aiming at the problem of development affected by failed plugging intervals after upward development in Block A, research and analysis are performed focusing on 4 aspects including injectivity, fluid productivity, polymer mass concentration in produced fluid and response degree. Response characteristics of different types of failed plugging wells are clarified through targeted construction of plugging failure evaluation parameters of variation amplitudes of apparent injectivity index, fluid production index, water cut and polymer mass concentration in produced fluid. Chart for identifying plugging failure layers is established combining with producers response, and applied to 317 wells in Block A, with identification accuracy of 90.8%. The research effectively guides the identification of failed plugging wells in upward development block, minimizes interference between water flooding and polymer flooding and ensures the effect of polymer flooding development.
