摘要(Abstract)：
建设项目后评价既是对建设项目从立项、决策、设计、施工到生产运营全过程的总结 ,又是项目管理程序的最终环节。开展聚合物驱项目的后评价工作 ,应从建立和完善后评价方法与参数、研究聚合物驱项目后评价主要内容等方面入手 ,全面总结油田聚合物驱项目管理的经验与教训 ,从而达到提高项目决策水平、管理水平和投资效益的目的
Post evaluation of construction project is a conclusion of the planning, decision, design, operation and production of the project. It is the ultimate step of project management process. The development of post evaluation of polymer flooding should start with constructing and perfecting post evaluation method and parameters and studying the content of the evaluation so as to summarize the experience and problem of the project management of polymer flooding in oil fields and therefore improve the decision level, management level and investment benefit of projects.
