大庆长垣北部一类油层聚驱后化学驱变流线方式的井网优化
Well pattern optimization of chemical flooding streamline changing mode after polymer flooding in Class Ⅰ reservoirs in north Daqing Placanticline

摘要(Abstract):

针对大庆油田一类油层聚驱后剩余油储量大、原井网聚驱后提高采收率幅度低的难题,以长垣油田北部为切入点,深入研究了一类油层聚驱后化学驱变流线方式的井网优化方式。在深刻剖析原井网原流线化学驱效果差原因的基础上,利用流线含油饱和度数学模型优化设计流线转变方式,应用物理模拟实验方法及现场试验进行效果验证。结果表明:聚驱后原井网原流线二次化学驱效果差的原因主要是主流线部位含油饱和度相对较低,理论上确定最佳布井方式应在原井网滞留区处,即原井网原流线旋转一次45°处加密或重构布井,室内物理模拟及现场试验表明流线转变后滞留区处剩余油得到了有效动用,提高采收率幅度为8.3百分点。为此,大庆长垣北部一类油层聚驱后化学驱井网优化应重点考虑原井网原流线旋转一次45°加密或重构布井的流线转变方式。
In view of problems of large remaining oil reserves and low incremental recovery after polymer flooding in original well patterns in Daqing Oilfield,well pattern optimization of streamline variation mode for Class Ⅰ reservoirs after polymer flooding is studied through taking the north of Placanticline oilfield as starting point. Based on analysis of the cause of original streamline poor effect of chemical flooding in original well pattern,the streamline transformation mode is optimized by using streamline oil saturation mathematical model,and the effect is verified by physical simulation experiment and field test. The results show that the poor effect of secondary chemical flooding of original streamline in original well pattern after polymer flooding is mainly due to relatively low oil saturation at the main streamline. Theoretically,it is determined that the best well displacement should be infilling or reconstructing in the retention area of original well pattern,i.e. the original streamline of original well pattern rotates 45° once. Lab physical simulation and field test show that the remaining oil in retention area is effectively produced after streamline transformation,and recovery is increased by 8.3 percentage points. Therefore original streamline of original well pattern rotating 45° once is recommended for well pattern optimization after polymer flooding in Class Ⅰ reservoirs in north Daqing Placanticline.
