声波时差测井在岩石可钻性预测中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

岩石的可钻性是合理选择和设计钻头、优选钻进参数的重要依据。以实现利用声波测井资料预测岩石可钻性为研究目标,以大庆油田部分区块地质条件及大量室内实验为基础,分析了声波时差测井数据与岩石可钻性的关系,建立了岩石可钻性预测模型,提出了预测方法。建立了牙轮钻头可钻性与PDC钻头可钻性的相互关系模型。为实现特定区域油田的可钻性预测提供了技术和条件。
Drillability of rocks is the foundation of selecting and designing drill bits rationally,and optimizing drilling recommendations.To realize predicting the drillability of rocks by acoustic logging data,on the basis of geologic conditions of a part of blocks in Daqing Oil Field,through the analysis of the relationship between acoustic travel time logging data and rock drillability,rock drillability prediction model is built up and a new prediction method is advanced.The relationship model of cone bit drillability and PDC bit drillablity is created.Related techniques and conditions are provided for drillability prediction to particular oil fields.
