应用于东辛油田的堵—固一体化工艺PLUGGING-CEMENTING INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY APPLIED IN DONGXIN OILFIELD

摘要(Abstract):
为解决东辛油田部分套窜井、出砂井封堵有效期短(甚至封不住)问题,采用堵—固一体化工艺治理不同区块的6口高含水油井,施工成功率为85.7%,有效率为83.3%。目前,正常生产的5口井恢复产能21.6 m~3/d,累计增油5 664.5 m~3,最长有效期已超过554d且继续有效。堵—固一体化工艺具有货源广、成本低、有效期较长等特点,为同类井的治理提供了可借鉴的经验。
In the light of the problem of the short validity of the plugging(even cannot be sealed) for some casingchanneled wells and sand producers in Dongxin Oilfield,the plugging-cementing technology is adopted and stimulated for six high-water-cut oil wells,the success rate of the operation is up to 85.7%,the effective rate reaches83.3%.Up to now,the productivity of the normally produced 5 wells has recovered to 21.6m~3/d,and the cumulative incremental oil is up to 5 664.5 m,the longest validity reaches more than 554 days,and moreover continue to be effective.The technology is characterized by wider supply of raw materials,lower cost,longer validity and so forth,and furthermore the successful application of the the technology has provided valuable experiences for the stimulation of the similar kind of the wells.
