聚合物溶液注入过程中黏弹性的影响因素
INFLUENCING FACTORS ON THE VISCOELASTICITY IN THE COURSE OF POLYMER SOLUTION INJECTION

摘要(Abstract):

基于聚合物溶液黏弹性理论研究了注入速度、渗流距离和孔喉比对聚合物溶液黏弹性参数的影响,认为在此因素作用下的聚合物分子会受到不同程度的破坏,呈现出一定的规律性。随着注入速度、渗流距离和孔喉比的增加,聚合物分子受到的剪切程度增加,表现为聚合物溶液的剪切应力、表观黏度、复合模量逐渐降低(在低剪切速率、低角频率时的下降幅度较明显)。相比之下,渗流距离对聚合物黏弹性的影响最大,注入速度、孔喉比次之。
Based on the viscoelastic theory of polymer solution,the impacts of the different factors such as the injection rate,seepage distance and pore throat ratio on the viscoelastic parameters are studied.The results show that under the conditions of the above influences,different damages of the polymer molecules occur and present a certain regularity.With the rises of the injection rate,flow distance and pore throat ratio,the suferred shear degree of the polymer molecule will increase and shows that the shear stress,apparent viscosity and composite modulus of the polymer solution are gradually reduced(the lowered degree will be obvious under the conditions of lower shear rate and lower corner frequency).Comparatively,the influences of seepage distances on the viscoelasticity are the most serious,the next are the injection rate and pore throat ratio.
