波导管振动采油工艺参数优化设计研究Research on Parameter Optimization Design for Waveguide Vibration Production Technology

摘要(Abstract):
人工地震采油技术可以有效地改善地层流体的流动特性,提高原油采收率。但是由于地表软土层使振动能衰减太大,致使传输到油层的能量相对很弱,因而该项技术没有大面积推广应用。利用波导管技术可以有效地克服能量传输过程的损失,增强对油层的作用强度。本文通过对振动波在波导管内传输过程的计算和分析,研究波导管的最佳传输频率、共振频率与井深及波导管物理机械性能的关系,解决了波导管振动采油工艺优化设计问题,为振动采油提高采收率技术的发展提供技术支持。
Artificial seismic production technique can efficiently improve flowing characteristics of formation fluids and then improve oil recovery factor. The energy transmitted to oil layers is relatively weak due to the great attenuation of vibration energy caused by surface soft soil. So, this technique is not popularized in large scale. With the application of waveguide technique, the energy loss during transmission can be effectively avoided and the functional intensity to oil layers can be strengthened. Based on calculation and analysis of vibration wave during its transmission in waveguide, this paper has studied the relation between optimal transmission frequency, sympathetic vibration frequency, and well depth and physical-mechanical properties of waveguide. Hence, the problem of optimization design for waveguide vibration production technology can be solved. This paper can provide the development of IOR through vibration with technical guide.
