压裂施工中前置液用量计算方法研究Ahead fluid volume calculation during fracturing

摘要(Abstract):
压裂设计中,前置液用量是一个重要施工参数,它直接影响着裂缝形态、压裂改造效果,甚至决定压裂施工的成败。本文阐述了垂直缝油藏前置液量对支撑缝长影响的量化方法。目的是就区块及地层条件,研究前置液对造缝长度的影响,从而给出不同油层厚度、缝长的前置液用量的计算方法,为油井压裂前置液量的确定提供理论依据。这种方法是以区块为研究单元,结合理论模型和现场试验,综合评价油井产量、采油强度和压裂有效期指标,给出在该区块地层、井网条件下,前置液量与支撑缝长间的量化关系,并制作了相应曲线图板,通过图版可直接查得不同加砂规模、缝长、目的层厚度所对应的前置液用量。现场应用127层,平均单井日多产油0.7 t,采油强度提高了25%,有效期10.5个月,施工成功率100%。试验结果表明,将理论模型与现场试验有机结合,用于计算前置液用量是一种有效方法。
For fracturing design,ahead fluid volume is an important operation parameter,which directly influences fracture morphology,fracture results or even results the success or failure of the operation.This paper discusses the quantification method for the effect of ahead fluid volume in vertical fracture to support fracture length.The effect of ahead fluid to created fracture length at different blocks and formation conditions needs to be studied to generalize the calculation method for ahead fluid volume with various oil reservoir thickness and different fracture length.This method can provide the determination of ahead fluid volume for producer fracturing with theoretical basis.With the application of this method,which takes block as the study unit and comprehensively evaluates oil producer production,production intensity and fracturing validity indexes based on theoretical models and field tests,the quantification relationship between the ahead fluid volume and support fracture length under the formation conditions and well pattern of the block is given.The relevant charts are also made to directly obtain the corresponding ahead fluid volume with different gravel input volume,fracture length and thickness of the interested interval.This method is used to 127 layers in field: the average daily incremental oil for single well is 0.7 t,the production intensity is increased by 25% and the useful life is 10.5 months with the success ratio of 100%.The experimental results suggest that it is an effective method to calculate ahead fluid volume to combine the theoretical mode with field tests.
