TMBA-015井高孔高渗活跃油水层尾管固井
High-porosity high-permeability active oil-water reservoir liner cementing for Well TMBA-015

摘要(Abstract):

针对厄瓜多尔PAM国家石油公司43区块TMBA油田NAPO组M1油层高孔、高渗、低压、边底水和窄间隙、井径数据准确度差、所需水泥浆量难以设计、井壁稳定性差等难题,考虑了储层保护,研究了微膨胀强触变胶乳水泥浆固井体系、高效悬浮型酸性前置液体系以及尾管固井施工参数,取得了一套针对NAPO组M1油层固井防油水侵固井配套技术。新研制的微膨胀强触变胶乳水泥浆固井体系的静胶凝过渡时间为6 min,膨胀率达到0.011%,前置液体系泥饼溶蚀率达到92.57%,冲洗效率达到100%,套管居中度达到85%以上,平均体积顶替效率为93.75%。TMBA-015井现场固井施工表明,声波幅度测井曲线振幅为2~6 mV,固井质量优质,能有效控制油水侵,该固井技术能为该区块的高效投产提供有力技术支撑。
In the light of the problems such as the high-porosity, high-permeability, low-pressure, edge-bottom waters and narrow gaps, poor accuracy of the well diameter data, difficult-to-design needed slurry, poor stability of the borehole wall and so on for Reservoir M1 in Group NAPO of TMBA Oilfield in Block 43 of Ecuador PAM, the reservoir protection was considered, the following researches were engaged: the micro-expansion thixotropic latex cement slurry system, the high-efficiency suspended acidic prepad liquid system and the liner cementing construction parameters. Finally, a set of anti-oil water invasion cementing techniques were achieved. The static gelling transition time of the new-developed cement slurry system is 6 min, the expansion ratio of the system can reach 0.011%, the mudcake dissolution rate of the prepad liquid system is up to 92.57%, the flushing efficiency reaches 100%, the casing centralization rate is more than 85%, the average volume displaced efficiency is 93.75%. The field operation of the cementing in Well TMBA-015 show that the amplitudes of the CBL logging curve is between 2 mV and 6 mV, the cementing quality is excellent and the oil-water intrusion is effectively controlled. The cementing technique can provide the strong technical support for the high-efficiency production in the block.
