发泡剂表面扩张性质与泡沫性能的关系
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SURFICIAL DILATION PROPERTIES AND FOAM PERFORMANCES FOR FOAMING AGENTS

摘要(Abstract):

为考察发泡剂表面扩张性质与泡沫性能的关系,利用界面流变仪测量发泡剂的表面扩张性质和泡沫扫描仪测量发泡剂的泡沫性能。实验结果表明:不同发泡剂的表面扩张模量、黏性和弹性随质量分数增加出现极大值,非离子表面活性剂的表面扩张黏性明显高于其他发泡剂,其余4种发泡剂的表面扩张黏性相差不明显,不同发泡剂的表面扩张模量的关系与表面扩张黏性基本一致;随质量分数增加,不同发泡剂的起泡体积趋于平稳,泡沫稳定性出现极大值,而后缓慢降低,其中非离子表面活性剂和椰油酰胺丙基羟磺酸甜菜碱的起泡体积和泡沫稳定性最好,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的较差;发泡剂的泡沫稳定性与表面扩张弹性具有较好的对应关系,与表面扩张模量或表面扩张黏性也有一定的对应关系,但不是一一对应。
In order to explore the relationship between the surficial dilation property and foam performances of a foaming agent,the surficial dilation property and foam performances of the foaming agent are individually test by the interfacial rheometer and foam scanner.The test results show diat the maximal value of the surficial dilation modulus,viscosity and elasticity for different foaming agents appears with the rise of the mass fractions,the surficial dilation viscosities of non-ionic surfactant foaming agents are obviously higher than the others,but the four foaming agents in the above are not obvious.The relationships among the surficial dilation moduli for different foaming agents are consistent with those of the surficial dilation viscosities.With the increase of the mass fraction,the foaming volume of different foaming agents tends to be stable,the maximum value in the foam stability appears and then drops gradually and slowly.Among them,the foam volume and foam stability of the non-ionic surfactant and cocamido propyl hydroxyl sultaine are the best,but those of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate are the worst.There is much better corresponding relationship between the foam stability and surficial dilation elasticity for the foaming agent,so are a certain correlation with the surficial dilation modulus or surficial dilation viscosity,but not correspondent one to one.
