高压毛管流变仪研制

摘要(Abstract):

本文研制的LBY—80型高压毛管流变仪,可用于测定在地层条件下具有低粘度和低切速原油或其他液体的流变特性曲线。其特点是全部液体系统都置于同一气体恒温箱中,控温精度在±0.1℃以内。对粘度为0.08泊的油测得剪切率为0.03秒~(-1)。研制中采用了特制的排量为0.01毫升/小时的微量泵和精度为0.05%的测压仪表。
Abstract The LBY-80 model high pressure capillary rheometer described in the paper can be used to measure the rheologic characteristics curve of oil and other fluids with lower viscosity and lower shear rate under reservoir condition. The rheometer is characterized by the whole fluid system placed in the same gas thermostatic control chamder. In which the accuracy of temperature is about ±0.1℃ shear rate measured for the crude oil with a viscosity of 0. 08p is 0.03 second-1. During the development, we used a special pump with a displacement of 0.01 ml/hr and a pressure meter with an accuracy of 0.05%.
