转速率传感器在录井现场中的应用探讨

摘要(Abstract):

利用在钻头不变的情况下,转盘角速度与地层岩性及钻具的变化有一定关系这一原理,探讨了转速率传感器的研究思路和设计方案,由于转速率传感器测量的是钻具阻力的微量变化,因而使这种测量受外界因素的影响极小,可以在薄层识别和工程预报中发挥较大的作用。
In the case without drilling bit change, and based on the theory that rotary angular velocity has a certain relation with formation lithology and drilling change, this paper discusses a design program of rotate speed sensor. Rotate speed sensor measures the tittle change of drilling tools resistance, so it is less influenced by outer factors, and can be made full use in thin layer identification and engineering prediction.
