煤层气水力压裂工艺技术TECHNOLOGIES AND OPERATING TECHNIQUES OF THE HYDRAULIC FRACTURING FOR COALBED METHANE(CBM)

摘要(Abstract):
针对煤层气压裂储层选择和压裂施工的问题,从煤层地质力学角度,提出了煤层气压裂储层选择的评价指标及分级条件。结果表明,采用评价指标优选出3个主力煤层,根据煤心特征进行了室内压裂液优化实验,煤层物性和裂缝发育情况选用高排量(7~9 m~3/min)、低砂比(8%~9%)的缝网压裂方式进行施工。压裂结果显示施工中地表压力平稳,未发生砂堵,压裂后实际排采最高日产气量达2 470 m~3。
In the light of the problems of choosing the reservoir and fracturing operation for CBM,from the viewpoints of the geological mechanics of the reservoirs,the evaluation indexes and grading conditions are proposed for the choice.The results show that the three main coalbeds are optimized by means of the indexes,and moreover according to the coal core characteristics,the indoor optimizing experiment on the fracturing fluid is conducted,the fracture-network fracturing technique with high flow rate(7-9 m~3/min) and low proppant concentration(8%-9%) is adopted and operated for the coalbed physical properties and fracture developed conditions.The fractured results showed that in the construction process the surface pressure maintained stable,no sand plug happened,and the maximal daily gas production had reached to 2 470 m~3.
