摘要(Abstract):
对新疆油田某砾岩油藏试验区开展聚合物-表面活性剂二元复合驱,先导试验取得了一定的应用效果,但有待进一步提高采收率,主要原因是对二元体系与原油的乳化程度对提高采收率的影响规律认识不清。为此,选取现场油样,测定不同表面活性剂浓度下的原油乳化综合指数,并开展了驱油实验,优选出了最佳乳化二元体系配方为:1 200 mg/L KYPAM(梳形聚合物)+质量分数为0.35%KPS(石油磺酸盐),乳化综合指数为60.60%,可提高采收率29.65%。微观模型驱油实验表明,水驱后残余油的主要赋存状态有簇状、柱状、膜状、盲端状和孤岛状,注入二元体系后,KPS可以乳化、剥离启动残余油,验证了乳化驱油提高采收率机理,研究成果为改善二元驱现场应用效果提供了参考依据。
The pilot test of polymer-surfactant binary composite flooding in the conglomerate reservoirs of Xinjiang Oilfield has achieved a certain applied results, but the recovery factor needs to be further enhanced. The main reason is the fuzzy understanding of the influencing laws on the emulsified degree between the binary system and crude oil to the enhanced oil recovery. Just for the reason stated above, the oil samples were selected to determine the comprehensive index of the crude oil emulsification under different surfactant concentrations, and the oil displacing experiment was carried out. The optimal formula of emulsifying the binary system was selected as follows: 1 200 mg/L KYPAM(comb polymer) and 0.35%(mass fraction) KPS(petroleum sulfonate), and the emulsification comprehensive index is 60.60%, thus the oil recovery can be enhanced by 29.65%. The flooding experiments by the microscopic model show that the main occurrence states of the residual oil after the water flooding are cluster-like,column-like,film-like,isolated dead end-shaped and island-like.After injecting the binary system,the residual oil will be emulsified,stripped and displaced by KPS,hence the mechanism of enhanced oil recovery by emulisrion flooding is verified. The research results have provided the references and evidences for improving the field applied effects of the binary flooding.
