多功能防垢卡抽油泵在三元复合驱中的应用APPLICATION OF MULTI-FUNCTION ANTI-SCALING BLOCK OIL WELL PUMP IN ASP FLOODING

摘要(Abstract):
大庆油田三元复合驱采油技术矿场试验表现出较好的经济效果,但举升设备和井筒内严重结垢导致抽油机井检泵周期大幅缩短,制约了机采井高效举升。针对三元复合驱机采井出现频繁卡泵问题,从抽油泵结构入手,研制了敞口式多功能防垢卡抽油泵:上死点柱塞与泵筒分离,泵筒中的垢可被液流带走;酸洗通道畅通;柱塞结构增加了容垢空间和刮垢功能;变径敞口式设计使柱塞能平稳地进入泵筒。在23口井现场应用防垢卡抽油泵,最长免修期达300 d,防垢卡效果较好;在12口井实施酸洗,解卡成功率达100%。
Although much better economic effects are performed for the field tests of ASP flooding in Daqing Oilfield,the serious scaling on the lifting equipments and in the well bore results in shortening the period of the pump inspection greatly,thus the high-efficiency artificial lift of the pumping wells is limited.In the light of the frequent pump blocking problem for the wells stated above,from the viewpoints of the pump structures,multi-function opentype anti-scaling block pump is developed:upper/top dead center(TDC) plunger separates from the pump cylinder,the scale in the pump cylinder can be removed by the liquid flow;the acid cleaning channels are unrestricted;the plunger structures enlarge the scale-accumulating space and scale scraping performances;the open-type design with the changeable diameter helps the plunger enter into the pump cylinder smoothly and soundly.This kind of pump was applied in 23 wells;the longest repair exemption period was up to 300 days,so much better effects were obtained for these anti-scaling blocks.The anid clearning was operated in 12 wells,the success ratio of releasing the blocks was up to 100%.
