摘要(Abstract):
为提高注聚区块的整体开发效果,研究了复合离子聚合物调剖剂性能的主要影响因素及配方优化。影响复合离子聚合物调剖剂性能的因素主要包括水质、复合离子聚合物浓度、复合离子聚合物相对分子质量、交联剂浓度、复合离子聚合物体系剪切率、pH值以及实验配制方式等。对复合离子聚合物调剖剂配方进行优化,主要考虑从聚合物浓度、交联剂浓度等方面进行筛选,拟在取得较好的应用效果的同时,获得更高的经济效益,为复合离子聚合物调剖剂在油田上应用提供可靠的依据。
In order to improve the development effect of polymer flooding blocks, this paper studies the influencing factors of performance of profile modification system by using compound ions polymer and formula optimization. The main influencing factors include water quality, concentration of compound ions polymer, relative molecular quality of compound ions polymer, concentration of crosslinking agent, shear rate of compound ions polymer system, pH value and experimental preparation pattern. Formula optimization performs screening in respect of polymer concentration and crosslinking agent concentration so as to obtain good performance and high economic benefit.
