空心抽油杆热水循环降黏效果影响因素
Affecting factors on the viscosity reduced effects for the hot water circulation of the hollow sucker rod

摘要(Abstract):

在高凝油油田开发过程中,采用空心抽油杆热水循环工艺的伴热方式可有效提高油田稠油开采效率。针对空心抽油杆热水循环加热工艺,通过流体流动特性和地层物质间传热特性建立数学模型,利用多物理场耦合的有限元计算方法,选取含水率、连续管内径和注入水工作参数,以平均降黏率为衡量指标,对该工艺的降黏效果进行研究。结果表明:计算结果与现场实测数据的误差小于5%,可靠性高;该工艺在含水率相对较低的油井中具有更好的降黏效果,采用较细连续管可有效提高工艺降黏效率;与增加注水量相比,增加注水温度具有更佳的技术经济效果。
In the process of high-condensate oilfield development, the heat tracing method of hollow-sucker-rod hot-water circulation technology can effectively improve the efficiency of heavy oil exploitation in the oil field. Aiming at the hot-water-circulation heating process of hollow sucker rods, the mathematical model was established by the fluid flow characteristics and heat transfer characteristics among the formation materials, and the finite-element calculating method of the multiphysical field coupling was used to select the water cut, continuous-tube inner diameter and injection water operating parameters. The viscosity reduced effect of the technology was studied by measuring the average viscosity reduced rate. The results show that the error between the calculated result and the field measured data is less than 5%,so the reliability is pretty high. The technology has better viscosity reduced effect in the oil well with relatively low water cut, and the thinner inner tube diameter can effectively improve the viscosity reduced efficiency. Comparing with increasing the water injection, increasing the injected water temperature has much better technical and economic effects.
