低渗透油藏水平井贴片示踪剂找水技术与应用Water detection technology with patch tracer in the horizontal well in low permeability reservoirs and its application

摘要(Abstract):
针对低渗透油藏水平井单井产液相对较低,常规生产测井技术找水测试流量下限高、成功率低以及机械分段找水测试周期长、效率低的问题,提出了一种采用"油管输送+示踪剂标记"的贴片示踪剂标记找水测试技术。水平井各段分别放置不同型号示踪剂装置,生产过程中示踪剂释放到流体中,地面采样分析,获得产水相关信息,确定产出水位置,研制了示踪剂短节关键工具,基于溶解、扩散机理以及水平段单向流稳态模型理论研究基础,提出了一种水平井静态和动态生产情况下的产水分析方法,并应用于矿场单井试验。结果表明,贴片示踪剂找水在技术上可行,并具有较好的经济效益,对测试水平井液量无限制,且井筒处理费用低、作业风险小,为水平井定性分析判断出水层段提供了技术手段。
In the light of the problems of relatively low liquid production of single horizontal well in low permeability reservoirs, high lower limit of flow and low success rate of conventional production logging technology for water detection and testing as well as the longer period and lower efficiency of mechanical segmentation water testing technology, a water detection and testing technology with patch-tracer marker of "tubing transportation and tracer marker" was proposed. Each section and interval of the horizontal well was respectively placed with different types of the tracer device, the tracer was released into the fluid in the process of the production, while the sampling and analysis were conducted on the ground, thus the relative information of the produced water was obtained and the water produced location was determined, and the critical tool of tracer joint was then developed. Based on the solubility-diffusion mechanisms and the theory research on the steady state model of unidirectional flow in horizontal section, the water production analysis methods for the static and dynamic productions of the horizontal well were proposed, and meanwhile were applied in the field test of the individual well. The results show that the water detection technology with patch tracer is technically feasible with higher economic benefit and no limit to the amount of the testing fluid in the horizontal well, which is characterized by lower wellbore treatment cost and less operation risk, so it provide a technical means for the qualitative analysis and judgement of the water-producing interval in the horizontal well.
