新型含水率与采出程度关系理论曲线的推导
DERIVATION OF THE NEW THEORETICAL RELATIONSHIP CURVE BETWEEN WATERCUT AND RECOVERY FACTOR

摘要(Abstract):

含水率与采出程度关系理论曲线是评价油田开发效果的关键曲线,绘制含水率与采出程度关系理论曲线常采用相渗曲线法和流管法。通常情况下,采用相渗曲线法绘制理论曲线的假设是在油水两相渗流条线下K_(ro)/K_(rw)—S_w呈半对数直线关系,这种方法会导致在低含水饱和度时期含水率偏高,在高含水饱和度时期含水率偏低。为了准确绘制理论曲线,通过回归整条相对渗透率曲线,得到了新的K_(ro)/K_(rw)—S_w表达式。以BuckleyLeverett前沿推进方程和Welge平均含水饱和度方程为基础,推导出新的含水率与采出程度关系,将绘制的曲线与实际实验数据和应用半对数直线关系绘制的理论曲线进行对比,新的理论曲线更接近实际。
The theoretical relationship curve between the water cut and recovery factor is the key one to evaluate the oilfield development effects,which is drawn by the relative permeability curves and stream tube methods.Under the normal circumstances,the assumption of the former method is on the conditions of oil and water phase flow,the theoretical curve of K_(ro)/K_(rw) has an semi-log exponential relationship with S_w,this approach can result in the higher water cut in the low water saturation stage and lower water cut in the high water saturation stage.In order to accurately draw the theoretical curve,a new expression of K_(ro)/K_(rw)versus S_w is proposed by the regression for the whole relative permeability curves.On the bases of Buckley-Leverett front-displacement equation and Weldge average K_w equation,a new relationship between the water cut and recovery factor is derived.By means of the comparison between the drawn curves and actual experimental data and theoretical curve drawn from the semi-log linear relationship,the new theoretical curve is closer to the actual.
