鄂尔多斯盆地致密砂岩储层高温高压动态渗吸实验

摘要(Abstract):

渗吸驱油是提高致密砂岩油藏采收率的一种重要技术措施,渗吸过程比较复杂,影响渗吸驱油效果的因素较多,为准确评价各种因素对鄂尔多斯盆地致密砂岩储层渗吸驱油效果的影响,室内通过高温高压岩心动态渗吸驱替实验装置评价了渗吸液类型、渗吸液注入量、原油黏度、驱替流速、岩心渗透率以及渗吸液交替注入量对动态渗吸驱油效果的影响。结果表明:现场清洁压裂液返排液中加入非离子表面活性剂JCF-1作为渗吸液可以显著提高致密砂岩岩心高温高压动态渗吸采收率;随着渗吸液注入量的增大、原油黏度的下降以及岩心渗透率的增大,高温高压动态渗吸采收率逐渐升高;而随着驱替流速的增大,岩心高温高压动态渗吸采收率先上升后下降。随着渗吸液交替注入次数的增加,动态渗吸采收率增幅逐渐下降。高温高压动态渗吸驱油实验的最佳参数为:渗吸液类型为清洁压裂液返排液+0.5%JCF-1、渗吸液注入量为0.5 PV、驱替流速为0.2 mL/min、渗吸液交替注入次数为3次。矿场试验结果表明,M油田实施动态吞吐渗吸驱油措施后,3口井的日产油量显著增大,含水率下降明显,取得了良好的增油效果。
Imbibition displacement is an important technical measure to enhance the recovery of tight-sandstone oil reservoirs. The process of the imbibition is complex and there are many factors influencing the effects of the imbibition displacement. In order to accurately evaluate each influencing factor on the imbibition displacement effects of the tight sandstone reservoirs in Ordos Basin, the types of the imbibing liquid and their injected volumes, oil viscosity, displacement velocity, core permeability and alternate injection volumes of the liquids on the dynamic imbibition displacement effects were evaluated by means of indoor high-temperature high-pressure rock-core dynamic-imbibition displacing experimental device. The results show that the imbibing liquid by adding non-ionic surfactant JCF-1 to the field clean fracturing-fluid backflow fluid can significantly improve the high-temperature high-pressure dynamic imbibition recovery in tight sandstone cores; with the increase of the injection volume of the imbibing liquid, the decrease of the crude oil viscosity and the increase of the core permeability, the dynamic imbibition recovery at high temperature and high pressure gradually increases; with the rise of the displacement flow rate, the recovery increases first and then decreases; with the increase of the times of the alternative injections of the imbibing fluid, the incremental degree of the dynamic imbibition recovery gradually decreases; the optimal parameters of the high-temperature high-pressure dynamic imbibition oil-flooding experiment are shown as follows: the type of the imbibing liquid is clean fracturing fluid backflow with 0.5% JCF-1, the injected amount of the imbibition fluid is 0.5 PV, the displacement velocity is 0.2 mL/min, and the number of times of the alternate injection of the imbibition fluid is three. The field test results show that after the dynamic huff-puff imbibition displacement measures implemented in M Oilfield, the daily oil production of three wells increases significantly, the water cut decreases obviously, and much better oil incremental effect has been achieved.
