分层开采矿场试验初步总结
PRELIMINARY CONCLUSION ON FIELD TEST OF EXPLOITATION BY ZONAL SEGREGATION

摘要(Abstract):

本文阐述了大庆多油层砂岩油田的一个试验区的注水开发方法。 试验表明,各油层以及单一油层各采油井之间的不均衡开采是多油层砂岩油田注水开发的基本特点。依据这一特点,试验区在高产稳产期划分为三个阶段:高渗透率油层为主要开采对象的阶段;分层挖潜中渗透率油层接替阶段;加密井网低渗透率油层接替阶段。由于相应采取了合适的分层开采工艺和调整措施,减缓层间干扰,使各类油层储量逐步地充分发挥作用,产量互相接替,使试验区最近十年来采油速度一直保持2%,单井产量稳定,含水上升率低于2%,取得了较好的开发效果。通过实践和理论研究形成了一套“早期分层注水,保持压力采油,实行接替稳产”的分层开采的开发原则和方法,对大庆油田的开发起到了重要的指导作用。
: The processof development of a pilot with multizones in Daqing Oil Field by waterflooding is presented in this paper. The field test has shown that the development of the multizones sandstone oil field by walerflooding is basicly characterized by unequal exploitation of various zones and individual oil wells of a single zone. Based on this characteristics, the period of stable high output of the pilot is divided into three stages as follows: 1) Taking high permeable zones as the main objects to exploitate, 2) Tapping potential of medium permeable zones to keep stabilization of output by interzone regulation, and, 3) To produce low permeable zones by infill drilling. Because of adopting adequate technology of exploitation by zonal segregation and adjustment measures, decreasing interbeded interference,and putting reserves of all kinds of pay zones into full play step by step,a good result of development of the pilot has been gained with keeping the producing rate at 2 percent for ten years and stable oil output in each well, the increasing rate of water cut lower than 2 percent as well. The principle and method for developing oil field by zonal segregation,i.e. "waterflooding from the initial stage of development by segregating zones, producing oil under the conditions of maintaining formation pressures, and to realize teh stabliization of output by inter-zone regulation", have been worked out through theoretical study and practice, which has taken an important roel in guiding the development of Daqing Oil Field.
