摘要(Abstract):

通过菌种繁殖和代谢规律的研究 ,确定了目的菌种的适宜培养条件 ,分析了目的菌株产出生物聚合物的基本条件、影响和制约因素。在对菌种生存竞争能力、代谢产出生物聚合物特征等实验研究的基础上 ,探讨了生物聚合物的特性、封堵调剖机理及矿场注入工艺。根据目的菌种基因跟踪检测及生物聚合物高效液相色谱跟踪检测分析 ,研究了影响矿场试验效果的主要因素。为改善注水效果 ,提高原油采收率提供了新途径
This paper performs the study of microbe growth and metabolic laws, determines the suitable culture condition of the target micro-bian and analyses the basic conditions and limiting influence factors when the target micro-bian bear bio-polymer. It illustrates the character of the bio-polymer, plugging and profile control mechanism and pilot injection process on the base of the experimental study of microbe competence of survival and competition and the character of metabolic bio-polymer. According to the analysis of gene track detection of the target micro-bian and HPLC track detection, it studies the main factors that reflect the effect of pilot test. The technique provides a new method to improve water-flooding effect and enhance oil recovery.
