聚合物驱优化提质提效配套技术体系Matching techniques for optimizing and quality-efficiency improving of the polymer flooding

摘要(Abstract):
大庆油田聚合物驱经过多年研究与工业应用,开发技术日益成熟,提高采收率效果显著。但是,随着开采对象油层条件变差、污水稀释体系应用规模不断扩大,聚驱开发效果和效益逐步变差。为此,以聚驱提效为目标,开展了二类油层层系井网优化设计技术、分层次对标评价体系、注入参数匹配关系图版、精准跟踪调整技术规范等方面的研究,构建了优化提质提效配套技术体系,深化了聚驱开发规律的认识,指导了方案的优化设计和精准的跟踪调整,探索了改善开发效果的新途径,促使开发效率明显提高,吨聚增油量由37.2 t逐步提升到55.5 t,干粉用量年节省13%,二类油层提高采收率达到了14.65百分点,多创经济效益138×10~8元。
After years of research and industrial application of polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield, supporting technology become more sophisticated. Remarkable results were obtained in terms of the Enhanced oil recovery. But,with the deterioration of the developed oil reservoir conditions and the continuous enlargement of the sewage diluting system, the development effects and benefits of the polymer flooding become worse. Therefore in order to improve the polymer flooding efficiency, the well-pattern optimizing technique for the series of the secondary reservoir, stratified benchmarking evaluating system, injecting-parameter matching relationship chart board, precise tracking and adjusting technical specifications and so on were researched, thus the matching technical system for the optimization and quality-efficiency improvement was established, the understandings of the polymer flooding law were deepened, and moreover the optimizing design of the program and precise tracking-adjusting were guided, the new approach to improve the development effects was explored, the developed efficiency was obviously enhanced. In detail, the oil increment per ton of the polymer was gradually increased from 37.2 tons to 55.5 tons, and the dry powder consumption was saved by 13% annually, the EOR of the second reservoir has reached 14.65 percentage, and the incremental economic benefit has been up to 13.8 billion Yuan.
