朝阳沟油田中浅层开发井表层套管下深图版建立及应用
ESTABLISHMENT AND APPLICATION OF THE RUN DEPTH CHART BOARD OF THE SURFACE CASINGS IN THE MIDDLE-SHALLOW-LAYER DEVELOPING WELLS OF CHAOYANGGOU OILFIELD

摘要(Abstract):

为了满足钻井中安全环保以及成本控制的要求,按照表层套管的作用和节省成本原则,将表层套管下深控制因素分为五类,根据各类因素在不同钻井区块侧重不同,从一般到特殊、从低级到高级对表层套管下深逐级控制,并结合实钻资料、录井以及测井数据、区块的浅气层分布等地质情况,最终确定合理的表层套管下深。钻井设计中应用该套因素逐级控制表层套管下深设计方法,把一个油田或区块的表层套管深度制成等值线图版,批量设计区块表层套管深度,提高了设计效率和设计质量。研究成果在朝阳沟油田钻井中应用,取得了安全环保、节省成本的良好效果。
In order to meet the requirements of the safety and environmental protection and cost control in the drilling,according to the effects of the surface casing and cost saving principle,the controlling factors of the casing run depth were divided into five types. According to different types of the factors acting in different drilling blocks,the depths were controlled from general to special and from the lower level to the upper one. And at the same time,combined with the drilling,mud logging and well logging data,distribution of the shallow gas reservoirs and other geological conditions,the appropriate depths were determined ultimately. In the design of the well drilling,this set of the depth controlling and designing method was applied,the surface casing run depths of an oilfield or block were mapped into the contour chart board,and moreover the depths were designed in a batch,thus the design efficiency and quality have been sped up. The research results have been applied in the well drilling of Chaoyanggou Oilfield and much better effects were achieved in the safety and environmental protection and cost control.
