双憋压曲线在螺杆泵井工况诊断中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

基于流体传压理论 ,给出了诊断螺杆泵井工况的双憋压曲线法。根据油井条件和问题性质的不同 ,提出了三相憋压、两相憋压、单相憋压 3种方式 ,并对好泵正常工作、抽油杆断脱、油管漏失等工况进行了理论推导 ,分析了该方法的优越性。对现场实际典型井进行了双憋压曲线分析 ,该方法分析符合实际 ,并在大庆油田得到了推广应用 ,有的地方作为一种判断分析泵况的规定资料录取。实践表明了该方法的实用性和有效性
Based on the theory of fluid transmitting pressure, this paper gives a method of dual pressureout curve for the diagnosis of screw pump well working status. According to different well conditions and problem property, it proposes three methods including triple phase pressureout, two phase pressureout and single phase pressureout, and infers theoretically the working well pumps, pumping rod break off and leakage of tubing, and analyzes the advantage of this method. It performs a dual pressureout curve analysis of the actual typical wells and proves that this method conform to the actual conditions and is used widely in Daqing Oil Field. Practice proves the feasibility and efficiency of this method.
