岩石铀钍钾含量分析方法的比较

摘要(Abstract):

本文叙述了用碘化钠探测器、高纯锗探测器测量自然伽马能谱和用活化分析给出的铀、钍、钾元素含量情况,并用图示和回归分析比较了三种方法测量的结果。文中详细计算了碘化钠探测器自然伽马能谱的测量精度,给出了标准源多次测量的标准误差。最后综合分析了碘化钠探测器和高纯锗探测器自然伽马能谱测井的优缺点及其适用性。
ABSTRACT The paper presents the determination of the elements(U.T&K) contents from the natural Gamma-ray spectra with a Nal detector and a highly pure Ge detector and from activation ana lysis. Results obtained from the three methods are compared in plot and through regresion analysis. The accuracy in measurement from the natural Gamma-ray spectra with a Nal detector is calchlated in detail.The standard error of the standard source for multi-measurements is also given. Finally, the mer its& demerits of natural Gamma-ray spectra logging with a Nal detector and a highly pure Ge detector and their applicability are discuseed.
