重复压裂改造时机数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

在重复压裂改造过程中,改造时机的选取是保证重复改造效果的重要因素。针对重复压裂改造时机的选取问题,应用有限单元法基本原理,建立了油水两相渗流数学模型。采用混合单元有限元法,地层采用任意三角形单元进行剖分,裂缝采用线单元进行描述。充分运用有限单元法易于处理复杂边界的优势,实现对复杂裂缝系统的合理描述。应用编制的数值模拟器,对裂缝导流能力变化及重复压裂改造时机对水平井生产动态的影响规律进行研究。通过对比分析裂缝导流降低和导流能力不变时的模拟结果表明,裂缝导流能力降低对水平井产能有较大影响;通过对比4种重复压裂改造时机方案的模拟结果,给出了最优的重复压裂改造时机。该方法同样适用于其他重复压裂改造方式。
The selection of refracturing opportunity is the important factor to ensure the effects of the refracturing.Focus on the problems of the refracturing opportunity,with the help of the basic principles of the finite element,the mathematical model for the oil and water phase flow is established.By means of mixed-element finite method,the formations are meshed in arbitrary triangle unit and the fractures are characterized by line unit.Due to the advantage of fhe finite element method dealing with the complicated boundary,the reasonable description can be realized for the complicated fracture system.By adopting the compiled numerical simulator,the influencing rules are studied for the changes of the fracture conductivity and refracturing opportunity on the horizontal well production performances.By comparing and contrasting,the simulated results of the fracture conductivity reduction and no-change fracture conductivity show diat the reduction possesses a large influence on the horizontal well productivity;By comparing the simulation results of four refracturing opportunity projects,the optimal refracturing opportunity is presented and moreover this method can be also applied in other refracturing patterns.
