疏松砂岩油藏不稳定注水机理研究及矿场实践Unstable water injection mechanism and its field application in loose sandstone reservoir

摘要(Abstract):
孤东油田1996年开展了单井单层单向、单井多层单向、多井多层单向三类井组进行了不稳定注水试验,见到初步效果。1999年运用物理模型、数值模拟、渗流力学和油藏工程方法开展了不稳定注水机理研究,研究了油层非均质性、岩石润湿性、毛管力、原油物性、开发井网、不稳定注水时机、压力保持状况、注水强度、注水周期等因素的影响,表明孤东油田油藏适合开展不稳定注水,并确定了有关技术界限。在具体不稳定注水实施方案编制过程中,由于考虑的因素很多,采用正交法和模糊决策法优化参数设计。2001年以来在孤东七区西63+4等5个区块进行了整体不稳定注水,效果显著。
In 1996,unstable water injection test is developed for three kinds of well array including single well single layer single direction,single well multi-wells single direction and multi-wells multi-layers single direction and has first achievement in Gudong oilfield.In 1999,unstable water injection mechanism study is performed by using physical model,numerical simulation,fluid mechanics in porous medium and reservoir engineering in the aspects of layer heterogeneity,rock wettability,capillary,crude physical property,development well pattern,unstable water injection time,pressure maintain condition,water injection strength and water injection cycle,which shows that this method is adapted to Gudong oilfield reservoir and relative techniques limitation is determined.In the process of compiling unstable water injection program,planning and obscure decision methods are used to optimize parameters design by the reason of more considerations.From 2001,unstable water injection is developed in 5 blocks in No.7 District West 63+4 in Gudong oilfield and achieves obvious effect.
