萨中油田特高含水期加密调整方法INFILLING AND ADJUSTING METHODS FOR ULTRA-HIGH-WATER-CUT SAZHONG OILFIELD

摘要(Abstract):
多层砂岩油田在进入特高含水期后,因为经过了多阶段、多套层系井网开发,所以递减加快,措施效果变差,油田稳产难度增大。通过对萨中油田各类油层特高含水期开发效果评价及对水聚驱现场试验的研究,认为多层砂岩油田在特高含水期,应适时构建三次采油井网,采取先期水驱加密调整挖潜,后期实施三次采油的加密调整方式,实现油田的长期稳产。在此基础上,以中区西部为例,依托原井网,部署了3套加密调整井网。通过新井完钻后地质特征和剩余油分布再认识,优化射孔选层,优化封堵、补孔手段等,加密调整井网对油层的控制程度进一步提高,改善了开发效果。并分析了特高含水期加密调整效果及开采特征,改进了特高含水期加密调整层系井网部署及射孔选层方法。
After entering the late stage of high water cut of a multi-layer sandstone oilfield,due to the multi-stage and multi-series development,the decline rate becomes fast,the stimulation effects get deteriorated and the stable production difficulty turns hard.By evaluating the exploitation effects of each reservoir in Sazhong Oilfield at this period and the studies on the water and polymer flooding field tests,the tertiary-oil-recovery well pattern is considered to execute at proper time,by means of adopting waterflooded and then tertiary-oil-recovery infillings and adjustments to make long-term stable production of the oilfield comes true.On the basis of the above,taking West Middle Block as example,three sets of infilling and adjusting well pattern are arranged on the basic of old well pattern.With the help of the further understandings of the geological characteristics and remained oil distribution after the drilling of the new wells,the perforated layers,plugging,perforation addings and so on are optimized,thus the controlled degree on the oil reservoirs by the infilled well patterns,and finally the development effects have been improved.In a word,the effects and production characteristics of the infilling and adjustment in ultra-high water-cut stage are analyzed,the corresponding well pattern arrangement and perforation choosing methods are developedand improved.
