低成本碱土复合段塞深度调剖技术研究与应用

摘要(Abstract):

大庆长垣外围葡萄花油田进入中高含水期开发阶段,主力油层水淹严重。常规浅调剖技术、措施效果变差、有效期较短。深度调剖技术措施成本较高、投入产出比低,无法规模应用。从大庆油田碱土地貌的实际出发,提出了低成本碱土复合段塞深度调剖技术的研究思路,通过碱土含砂粒径分析、膨胀率评价和添加剂优选等系列室内实验研究,优选出适合区块控水挖潜的低成本碱土复合段塞深度调剖配方,并开展了室内注入复合段塞工艺优化,评价配方的技术适应性。现场试验取得了较好的应用效果。
Putaohua oilfield at the outer-ring of Daqing placanticline is a kind of typical "3 low"oilfield,namely,a field with low permeability,low porosity and low hydrocarbon abundance.At its medium to high WOR stage,water flooding is serious in main layers.At the early development stage,conventional profile control technique was applied.Due to the by-path flowing of water and short treatment radius,the problems of poorer treatment results and short effective period occurred.Due to high investment and low input/output of deep profile control techniques,the large scale application of theses techniques is limited in oilfield further development.Based on the fact of the alkali soil physiognomy in Daqing oilfield,it is proposed to use compound plug deep profile control with low-cost alkali soil.The profile control formula for water cut control and further development is optimized based on a series of lab tests,such as sand grain size analysis of the alkali soil,expansion ratio evaluation and additive optimization.The compound plug injection optimization has been done in lab to evaluate the technical feasibility of the formula.The field application result of this technique is better.
