基于丙型水驱特征曲线的油水相对渗透率确定方法Determining method of the oil-water relative permeabilities based on Type-C waterflooding characteristic curve

摘要(Abstract):
目前行业标准里通常采用JBN法计算非稳态油水相对渗透率,但是JBN法计算油相相对渗透率时必须采用一系列的压差数据,会给计算和实验带来不便。在实验过程中发现累计产油量和累计产液量满足丙型水驱特征曲线,根据丙型水驱特征曲线和一维达西定律,结合Willhite油水相对渗透率经验公式,再利用二元线性回归的方法,就可以得到非稳态油水相对渗率曲线。此方法为一种计算油水相对渗透率曲线的新方法,其在计算的过程中只需要用到两个压差数据,简化了计算和实验过程。此方法需要采用实验数据先计算出束缚水条件下的油相有效渗透率以及残余油条件下的水相有效渗透率,然后得到残余油条件下的水相相对渗透率,最后得到的油水相对渗透率曲线变化趋势与JBN法得到的油水相对渗透率曲线变化趋势相同,且相对误差更小。
At present, JBN method is generally used to calculate the unsteady oil-water relative permeabilities in the petroleum industry standards, but for the oil-phase relative permeability calculation, a series of the pressure difference data must be adopted for JBN method, which will result in the inconveniences in the calculation and experiment. In the process of the experiment, it is found that the cumulative oil production and cumulative liquid production can meet the requirements of Type-C water flooding characteristics. According to the characteristic curve and one-dimensional Darcy's law, combined with Willhite's empirical formula of the oil-water relative permeabilities, and moreover with the help of binary linear regression method, the unsteady oil-water relative permeability curves can be obtained. In fact, this method can be called a new method to calculate the oil-water relative permeability curves, in the process of the calculation, two pressure difference data are only needed, thus the calculation and experimental processes are simplified. With the help of the actual tested data, the method needs to first calculate the oil-phase effective permeability under the condition of the irreducible water and moreover the water-phase relative permeability under the condition of residual oil, and then the water-phase relative permeability under the condition of residual oil can be obtained, finally the variation trend of the obtained oil-water relative permeability curves is as same as that achieved by JBN method and the relative error is smaller.
