摘要(Abstract):
用大庆助剂厂生产的聚合物和柠檬酸铝配制成胶态分散凝胶,在大庆油田地层条件下,通过对不同柠檬酸铝浓度下胶态分散凝胶粘度、阻力系数的测量,给出了胶态分散凝胶的配方。当聚合物浓度为1000mg/L时,柠檬酸铝浓度为50mg/L左右。在具有大庆油田地质特征、渗透率变异系数为072的非均质物理模型上进行了胶态分散凝胶和聚合物驱油实验。实验结果表明,在相同聚合物用量条件下,胶态分散凝胶驱比聚合物驱可以提高原油采收率4%~9%。
The formula of colloidal dispersed gel for Daqing oil field is obtained
through the measurements of colloidal dispersed gel viscosity and resistance coefficient at
different aluminium citrate concentrations. The colloidal dispersed gel is formulated with
polymer and aluminium citrate manufactured by Daqing Reagent Factory. The colloidal
dispersed gel flooding and polymer flood tests are carried out in a heterogeneous physical
model, which is characterized the geologic features of Daqing oil field and of which the
permeability variation factor is 0.72, when the concentration of the polymer solution is
1000mg/L, and the aluminium citrate solution is about 50mg/L. The results indicate that oil
recovery of colloidal dispersed gel flooding is 4%-9% higher than that of polymer flooding when
the same amount of polymer is used.
