摘要(Abstract):

南海涠洲11-1油田经多年注水开发后储层非均质性进一步加剧,注入水低效无效循环现象日趋严重,亟待采取深部液流转向措施改善水驱开发效果。以油藏工程、高分子材料学和物理化学等为理论指导,以化学分析、仪器检测和物理模拟等为技术手段,以涠洲11-1油藏地质特征、流体性质和开发现状等为研究对象,开展了温度对无机凝胶基本性能影响,主剂质量浓度、段塞尺寸和注入轮次对无机凝胶传输运移和封堵效果影响实验研究,优化出了无机凝胶注入工艺参数。结果表明:无机凝胶具有较好的耐温性能,适用于南海涠洲11-1油田;随主剂段塞尺寸、注入轮次和质量浓度增大,注入端附近区域化学反应速度增加,无机凝胶分布量增加,传输运移能力变差;随隔离液段塞尺寸增加,主剂与注入水反应时间延后,岩心内无机凝胶分布更均匀,深部液流转向效果更好;在主剂用量相同条件下,与各轮次药剂采用"等浓"注入方式相比较,各轮次药剂采用"递增"注入方式时岩心内无机凝胶分布更均匀,深部液流转向效果更好。最优注入工艺参数为:主剂质量浓度为3 700~7 300 mg/L,主剂段塞尺寸为0.07~0.09 PV,隔离液段塞尺寸为0.014~0.021 PV,合理6轮次左右,主剂质量浓度合理递增幅度为610~980 mg/L。
After many years of the waterflooding development, the reservoir heterogeneity of Weizhou 11-1 Oilfield in the South China Sea has been further aggravated, and the low-effect and no-effect circulations of the injected water have become more and more serious. It is urgent to take deep fluid flow diverting measures to improve the waterflooding development effect. Based on the theoretical guidances of the reservoir engineering,ploymer material science and physical chemistry,taking the chemical analysis, instrument detection and physical simulation as the technical means and the geological characteristics, fluid properties and development status of Weizhou 11-1 reservoirs as the research objects,the test studies were carried out including the influence of the temperature on the properties of the inorganic gel and the effects of the agent concentration, slug size and injection cycle on the transporting-migrating and plugging effects,thus the injecting parameters of the inorganic gel were optimized. The results show that the inorganic gel with much better temperature resistance is suitable to Weizhou 11-1 Oilfield in the South China Sea.With the increase of the main slug size, injection cycle and mass concentration, the chemical reaction speed near the injected point increases as well, the distribution amount of the inorganic gel increases, and the transporting and migrating capacities become worse.With the increase of the slug size of the spacer,the reaction time of the main agent and the injected water is delayed, the distribution of the inorganic gel in the core is more uniform, and the deep fluid diversion effects are much better; under the condition of the same dosage of the main agent, compared with the "equal concentration" injecting method for each cycle of the agent, the distribution of the inorganic gel in the core is more uniform for "progressive increase" injecting mode of each cycle of the agent, and the deep fluid diversion effect can be much better. The optimal injecting parameters are shown as follows: the main agent concentration is 3 700~7 300 mg/L, the slug size of the main agent is 0.07~0.09 PV, the slug size of the spacer is 0.014~0.021 PV, the reasonable cycle is about 6 and the reasonable progressive increment of the main agent concentration is 610~980 mg/L.
