固体颗粒对O/W乳状液稳定性的影响研究Study on the influences of solid particles on O/W emulsion stability

摘要(Abstract):
采用界面张力仪、表面粘弹性仪和Zeta电位仪研究了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)溶液与大庆原油模拟油之间界面性质以及固体颗粒对这些界面性质的影响。结果表明,含100 mg/L的HPAM溶液中加入固体颗粒后,聚合物溶液与原油模拟油之间的界面张力上升,界面剪切粘度下降,但随着固体颗粒浓度的增加,聚合物溶液与原油模拟油间的界面张力和界面剪切粘度基本保持不变。在聚合物溶液中加入固体颗粒后,其与原油模拟油形成的O/W乳状液稳定性变差,乳状液内部油珠表面Zeta电位负值增加。O/W乳状液的稳定性取决于油水界面剪切粘度和Zeta电位的双重影响。
Using interfacial tensiometer,surface viscoelasticity meter and Zeta potentiometer to analyze the interface features of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM) solution and simulated oil of crude oil in Daqing Oilfield,as well as the influences of solid particles on the interface.Analysis results show that adding solid particles into solution containing 100mg/L HPAM,the interfacial tension between the polymer flooding and the simulated crude oil would increase and the interface shear viscosity would decrease,whereas with the increment of the solid particle concentration,the interfacial tension and interface shear viscosity remain the same.After adding solid particles in the polymer solution,the stability of O/W emulsion formed by the polymer solution and simulated crude oil become worse,the value of negative Zeta potential on the oil droplet surface within the emulsion increase.The stability of O/W emulsion is controlled by both oil and water interface shear viscosity and Zeta potential.
