改善疏水缔合聚合物油藏适应性方法及其效果

摘要(Abstract):

为适应高矿化度溶剂水配制聚合物溶液实际需求,以油藏工程理论为指导,以仪器检测和物理模拟为技术手段,开展了疏水缔合型聚合物溶液视黏度及其影响因素研究。评价了表面活性剂抑制和促进聚合物分子链间缔合作用效果,进行了表面活性剂与缔合聚合物组合和注入方式对聚合物溶液渗流压力影响物理模拟研究。结果表明:非离子型表面活性剂(DWS)可以抑制聚合物分子链间的缔合作用,重烷基苯石油磺酸盐(HABS)表面活性剂可以促进聚合物分子链间缔合作用;采取"聚合物/DWS表面活性剂混合液+HABS表面活性剂溶液"段塞组合和交替注入方式,可以抑制聚合物溶液注入油藏过程中聚合物分子链间的缔合作用,这不仅改善了缔合聚合物溶液的注入能力,而且增强了其深部液流转向效果。
In order to meet the actual requirements of the polymer solution prepared by high-salinity solvent water,guided by the theories of oil reservoir engineering,the studies on the apparent viscosity of hydrophobically associated polymer solution and its influencing factors are conducted with the help of technical methods of instrumental measures and physical simulation.The associating effects among the polymer molecular chains constrained and enhanced by the surfactant are evaluated,and moreover the researches on the physical simulation of the influences of the combined forms and injected methods of the above binary flooding agents on the flow pressure of the polymer solution are engaged.The results show that the nonionic surfactant(DWS) can restrain the association among the polymer,HABS surfactant can improve the above action;adopting the combining and alternative injecting methodsbetween the mixed solution of polymer/DWS surfactant and HABS surfactant solution slug,the association among the polymer molecular chains can be inhibited in the process of the polymer solution,thus the injection capacity of the associated polymer solution can be promoted,but also the diverting effects of the deep solution can be improved and enhanced.
