田东油田超长稳产与高效益开发做法与效果

摘要(Abstract):

百色盆地田东油田复杂小断块油藏勘探开发难度大、技术薄弱、投资成本高。通过研究复杂断块油藏地震解释技术、油水层测井解释技术、油藏地质描述技术与储量计算方法,建立小油田勘探开发一体化工作模式。应用勘探开发一体化工作模式、编制科学合理的开发和扩边及调整方案、采用注水驱与边水驱相结合的开发和调整方式、以平台式钻井多井1管集输简化钻采与集输工艺、施行地下与地面经济实用的动态监测方式,田东油田采油速度1%以上稳产27 a、水驱采收率达43.1%,采油综合成本平均为23美元/桶,投入产出比为1∶4.93,实现探明储量100%动用程度。勘探开发一体化工作模式对小油田高效勘探开发具有重要的指导作用和借鉴意义。
There is great difficulty in the exploration and development of small complex fault-block oil reservoirs in Tiandong Oilfield of Baise Basin for weak technological forces and high investment cost. By means of the seismic interpreting techniques, oil-water layer logging, reservoir geological characterizing technique and reserves calculating methods of complex fault-block oil reservoirs, an integrated exploration-development work mode of small oilfield was established.Through the application of integrated work model, a scientific and reasonable developing, expanding and adjusting scheme was formulated by adopting development and adjustment methods combined with water flooding and edge water flooding.The platform-drilled multiple-well and one-pipe gathering and transportation to simplify the drilling, production, gathering and transportation was adopted, and the economical and practical dynamic monitoring mode of underground and surface was used.Therefore, the oil recovery rate above 1% in Tiandong Oilfield has been stabilized for 27 years with waterflooding recovery rate of 43.10%,the average comprehensive oil recovery cost of 23$/b and input-output ratio of 1∶4.93.Finally, 100% of proven reserve has been developed. The integrated work model of exploration and development is of important guidance and reference for the high-efficiency exploration and development of small oilfields.
