煤粉产出机理及排采控制措施

摘要(Abstract):

有效控制储层煤粉的产生和排出,需对煤层气井排采进行精细化管理。从地质特征、储层改造及排采生产等角度研究了煤粉产生机理,并用沁水盆地柿庄北矿区煤层气井的工程实际数据进行了论证。研究表明:煤储层镜质组和黏土含量高、煤层气井压裂、排采不连续及排采强度过大等均对煤粉产生具有重要影响;基于泵筒内煤粉沉降理论,通过对不同煤粉颗粒直径、不同泵径和管杆组合下排出煤粉所需最低日产水量的合理控制,可有效排出井筒煤粉。针对煤层气井不同排采阶段及出煤粉情况提出了应对措施,该方法在煤层气排采工程中具有普遍的适用性。
In order to effectively control the generation and discharge of the pulverized coal,the fine management for the production is necessary for the coalbed methane well. From the viewpoints of the geologic feature,reservoir reconstructure,drainage production and so on,the producing mechanism of the pulverized coal was studied,and moreover analyzed and demonstrated by the actual data of the CBM wells in Shizhuangbei Block of Qinshui Basin.The researches show that the high contents of the vitrinite and clay in the coal reservoir,CBM well fracturing,discontinuous drainage,intensive production strength and so forth possess important influences on the pulverized coal production; on the basis of the settling theory of the pulverized coal in the pump barrel,by means of the reasonable control of the minimal daily water production under different pulverized coal particles diameters,different pump diameters and tube-rod combinations,the pulverized coal can be effectively discharged from the wellbore. In the light of the different drainage stages and pulverized coal output situation of the CBM wells,the countermeasures were presented,the method possesses the general adaptability in the process of the discharge and production of the CBM.
