鄂尔多斯盆地临兴致密气小井眼高效钻完井技术
High-efficiency drilling and completion technologies for the tight-gas slim hole in Linxing block, Ordos Basin

摘要(Abstract):

临兴区块致密气钻井工作量大、钻机资源受限、钻井提速达到瓶颈期、开发成本高,急需建立新的作业思路及模式。通过将常规二开8-1/2″井眼优化为6-1/8″、5-1/2″生产套管优化为4-1/2″、与现场试验结合的高效钻头优化设计、优化钻具组合来提高井眼轨迹控制精度、开发强润滑超疏水钻井液体系,建立了临兴区块致密气小井眼钻完井技术;通过开发微膨胀早强防气窜水泥浆体系、小井眼套管居中技术和固井施工参数优化技术,解决了临兴区块小井眼套管居中难度大、顶替效率低等难题。试验结果表明:与常规井眼相比,小井眼井身结构单井套管用量减少21%,固井水泥用量减少52%,钻井液用量减少34%,岩屑量减少52%;钻井周期比常规井眼缩短47.5%,机械钻速提高56.2%;固井质量优良率大于90%。临兴区块小井眼钻完井技术提高了钻完井效率,满足了致密气降本提质增效及环保需求,具有良好的推广应用价值。
The tight gas drilling in Linxing block is characterized by heavy workload, limited drilling rig resources, ROP improvement in the bottleneck period and high development cost, so it is urgent to establish a new operation idea and mode. By optimizing the conventional second opening 8-1/2″hole to 6-1/8″and 5-1/2″production casing to 4-1/2″, combined with the field test, a high-efficiency bit optimization design and BHA optimization are used to improve the well trajectory control precision, develop the strong lubrication and superhydrophobic drilling fluid system, and establish the tight-gas slim-hole drilling and completion technologies in Linxing block. With the help of developing micro-expansion early-strengthening gas-channeling-resistant cementing slurry system, slim-hole casing centralizing technique and cementing operation parameter optimizing technique, the problems of difficulty in the slim-hole casing centralization and low displaced efficiency in Linxing block have been solved. The test results show that compared with the conventional borehole, the casing consumption of the slim hole structure is reduced by 21%, the cement consumption is reduced by 52%, the drilling fluid consumption is reduced by 34%, and the cuttings quantity is reduced by 52%; the drilling cycle is shortened by 47.5% and the ROP is increased by 56.2%;the excellent and good cementing quality rate is more than 90%. The slim-hole drilling-completion technologies in Linxing block have improved the drilling and completion efficiencies, met the requirements of the tight-gas cost reduction, quality improvement and environmental protection, and had a good value of popularization and application.
