CO2气井相态监测技术的应用与分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对CO2气井试气过程中受压力、温度变化的影响CO2相态复杂多变,易于形成水化物,造成试气系统冰堵,难于实现连续、准确计量CO2气产量的难题,在徐深10井CO2气试气中首次应用了相态监测技术。通过应用该技术,合理地优化了试气参数和工作制度,实现了产量的连续、准确计量。并通过对该井测试资料的深入分析、研究,得到了一些规律性认识:在关井条件下,CO2气井井口附近通常为液态,下部为气态,井筒内静压力梯度变化趋势与烃类气井基本相同,总体上都是上大下小;在开井条件下,若水为连续相时,井筒内流压梯度变化趋势接近于自喷水井的特征,若CO2为连续相,井筒内流压梯度呈上小下大的特征。
Affected by pressure and temperature variation during gas testing of CO2 gas well,CO2 phase is complex and various to easily form hydrate and ice barrier,bringing difficultly realize continuous and correct measurement of CO2 production.Phase monitoring technique is used for the first time during CO2 gas testing in Xushen Well No.10.By application of this technique,gas testing parameters and work flow are reasonably optimized so as to realize continuous production and accurate measurement.Furthermore,some regular knowledge is obtained by further analysis and study on logging data for this well.They refer that under shut-in condition,liquid is ordinary around well head and gas is at bottom.Moreover,variation of hydrostatic gradient is the same as hydrocarbon gas,generally upper is larger than lower.Furthermore,under open well condition,if water is continuous phase,variation of flowing pressure gradient in well bore is same as blowing water features,and if CO2 is continuous phase,it shows above opposite.
