摘要(Abstract):
针对"十五"初期P油田机采井运行能耗高、系统效率低的问题,需要对现有抽油机电机装机功率进行合理匹配,实施电机动态匹配调整,提高电机功率利用率,降低电机能耗水平。通过电机匹配的功率计算确定合理的负载率,提出了P油田电机功率的合理匹配与动态调整技术,优先匹配与调整了负载率低于10%的抽油机井,达到了节能效果,保证了电机高效运行,提高了功率利用率。
In the light of the problems of high energy consumption and low system efficiency of the producing wells in the early stage of "Eleventh Five"for Oilfield P,the rational match is needed to conduct for the motor power of the existing pumping unit,and moreover the dynamic matching adjustment of the motors was carried out,thus the power utilization factor of the motors was improved and the energy consumption level of the motor was reduced. The reasonable load rate was determined by the power calculation of the motor matching,and the reasonable match and dynamic adjusting technique of the motor power in Oilfield P were pointed out,and furthermore the match was optimized,the oil pumping well with the load rate less than 10% was adjusted,thus the energy saving effect was achieved,the motor high-efficiency running was ensured and the power utilization factor was improved.
