空气/泡沫钻井条件下水层判别方法探讨Method for determining water zones in the condition of air/foam drilling

摘要(Abstract):
空气/泡沫钻井过程中,使用泡沫钻井费用比使用空气钻井高出很多,但空气钻井携砂能力明显差,不利于井壁稳定,所以出水层段必须使用泡沫钻井,因此在空气/泡沫钻井过程中,及时发现和识别水层,及时更换循环介质是十分重要的。在伊朗19+2气井项目钻井过程中,对综合录井资料进行重新的认识和解释,探索出了一套水层识别方法。
In the process of air/foam drilling, the cost of foam drilling is much higher than that of air drilling, but air drilling has a poorer proppant carrying capacity and is not favorable for borehole wall stability. Thus foam drilling must be used in water zone segments. In the process of air/foam drilling, discovering and identifying water zones in time and replacing circulation media in time are important. In the drilling of 19+2 gas well project in Iran, comprehensive logging data is re-interpreted to study a set of method for water zone identification.
